Ensuring Your Family's Safety

We value your family’s safety. Our expert technicians go beyond just fixing your furnace – they meticulously inspect your HVAC vents. Ensuring proper ventilation is crucial to prevent carbon monoxide leaks, a deadly threat.

During our evaluation, we thoroughly examine the vents for any signs of damage, rust, or improper slope that might lead to carbon monoxide entering your home. We understand the seriousness of carbon monoxide poisoning and take every precaution to keep your household safe.

Additionally, our technicians check the clearances of your furnace vent pipes to eliminate any potential fire hazards. Your safety matters deeply to us, and we’re committed to providing not just repairs, but a thorough assessment that ensures your peace of mind. Trust us to prioritize the safety of you and your loved ones above all else.

Optimizing Furnace Efficiency

During our HVAC inspection, our technicians will look for ways to optimize your furnace’s efficiency. A more efficient furnace means reduced energy costs and a longer lifespan for your system saving you money.

We start by ensuring your furnace has a clean air filter. A clean filter reduces strain on the furnace, preventing it from overworking to pull air through the system, which ultimately saves energy.

Our inspection extends to checking burners for carbon buildup and examining blowers for dust accumulation. Surprisingly, even a thin layer of dust—just 1/10th of an inch—can decrease your HVAC system’s efficiency by up to 20%. Regular cleaning of these crucial components not only boosts efficiency but also significantly improves your indoor air quality.

Convenient for You and Your Family

We understand that dealing with HVAC issues can disrupt your routine. But fret not – we’ve got you covered. Our desire is to make the entire process hassle-free for you and your family. When you notice a problem, just leave it to us. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your favorite show or tackle your to-do list while our HVAC professionals handle the issue.

From diagnosing the problem to tidying up afterward, we handle every aspect so you can go about your day worry-free. Our comprehensive services don’t stop at repairs – we offer maintenance plans tailored to your needs. You won’t need to remember a thing; we’ll take care of scheduling your yearly check-ups and maintenance. Consider it done.

Your convenience is our priority, and our commitment is to ensure that your HVAC system runs smoothly without causing you any unnecessary stress or inconvenience. With us by your side, you can count on reliable, hassle-free service, leaving you free to focus on what matters most to you.

Common Furnace Issues

1. Dirty Flame Sensor

A dirty flame sensor can cause the furnace to think that the burners did not ignite, resulting in the furnace turning itself off.

2. Dirty Filters

A dirty filter reduces airflow through the whole system resulting in cooler rooms and can cause the furnace to overheat and disable itself.

3. Failed Blower Capacitor

This component helps the blower start spinning. When it fails, the blower will not work and the furnace cannot circulate heat through the house.

4. Failed Draft Inducer Motor

This component pulls combustion air into the furnace and sends the exhaust out of the house through your exhaust vent. When it fails, your furnace will not turn on and you may receive a pressure switch error.

5. High Limit Error

Your furnace has a sensor called a high limit switch. This is a safety feature that turns the furnace off before it overheats. The high limit error may be the result of an incorrectly calibrated gas valve, insufficient circulation, or a faulty high limit switch.

6. Failed Heat Exchanger

The heat exchanger is the heart of your furnace. Your furnace works by sending flames through the inside of the heat exchanger and blowing air across the outside of the heat exchanger. If the heat exchanger cracks from heat stress then the exhaust fumes created by burning gas can enter the house’s ventilation system rather than exiting the house through the exhaust system. This is a very dangerous condition as exhaust gases contain carbon monoxide.

7. Leaking Water

High efficiency furnaces create condensation which must be drained properly or they can cause damage to your home. Having your condensate lines and pump regularly checked is the best way to prevent this type of water damage.

8. Rusted or Damaged Ventilation

Many furnaces are connected to a ventilation system that is as old as the house it is in. Many times these systems have been neglected and are failing due to rust and age which can result in exhaust gases including carbon monoxide leaking into the house.
